Melbourne is the base. The work goes well beyond it.
Exalter Studio operates out of Melbourne, working across web design, SEO, web apps and AI automation.
A website that needs rebuilding, a search visibility problem, one internal tool or a single automated task is enough to begin with. Nothing needs to be bundled to get moving.
Four ways to help.
Four ways Exalter can help.
A website that explains what the business does and makes it easy to get in touch.
Search visibility work across the pages, structure and listings customers use to find you.
Software built around a business process instead of forcing the process into a tool.
Repetitive manual work handled automatically, with a person still in control of the result.

Melbourne has a broad mix of independent businesses and larger organisations.
Melbourne's business base spans retail, hospitality, trades, professional services and corporate offices across the city and inner suburbs, with plenty of room between a two-person outfit and an established company.
Whatever's actually holding the business back right now is where the first call begins.
What's included, what it costs and what you'll have at the end, agreed before any work begins.
Reviews happen throughout the project, not just once it is finished.
Five common starting points, and room for whatever else it is.
It still describes services you've changed or dropped, so people leave without getting in touch.
Web designSomeone searches for what you do and finds a competitor first.
SEOA few different versions are floating around, and nobody's fully certain which one is current.
Web appsHow the business runs is already worked out. What's missing is software built to match it, not one more thing to work around.
Web appsRe-entering the same data, chasing paperwork or copying numbers between systems, day after day.
AI automationDescribe it in plain terms. Working out where it fits is part of the first call.

Start hereThree stages, visible the whole way through.
A call about what's stuck and what a fix would need to include.
Each piece gets shared as it's built, whether that's pages, a working tool or an automated step, so feedback can be handled while the work is still taking shape.
Access, relevant files and a clear explanation of how it all works.
A new studio name, not a new starting point.
Exalter Studio is new. The experience behind it goes back to freelance web development work started in 2016, alongside 300+ Fiverr reviews, work outside the platform and independently built software products.
Where Exalter Studio is based.
Exalter Studio is based in Fawkner, in Melbourne's north, with projects able to start from anywhere.
Questions that tend to come up first.
Is Exalter actually based in Melbourne?
Yes. It's where the studio operates from, though the work isn't limited to clients based here.
Do you meet in person?
It can be arranged if it's useful, but most projects run entirely through calls, shared files and screen shares, so it isn't required.
Can you improve an existing website or system, rather than rebuild it?
Often that's the better option. If what's there can be improved, we'll say so, and explain what a full rebuild would change that an improvement wouldn't.
What do you need from us before the first call?
Whatever already exists, like the current site or brand materials, and one person who can make decisions on the business side.
Tell us what needs fixing first.
Describe the business and where it's currently stuck. We'll work out what makes sense to tackle first.
