Exalter Studio provides web design, SEO, web app development and AI automation, each available on its own. Nothing on this site is an automatic commitment: a project starts only once we've agreed the scope and price directly with you.

Submitting the contact form, booking a call, or emailing us doesn't create a contract. It starts a conversation. A project begins once we've confirmed what's being built, what it costs and what you'll receive.

The text, design and code on this site belong to Exalter Studio unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy or republish it without asking first.

linksh.re, xsavr and simplefreetools.com are independently built products referenced on this site as examples of past work. Each runs under its own terms, separate from these ones. Reviews shown on this site are genuine, left by clients on Fiverr and Upwork for work carried out before Exalter Studio existed; they describe that earlier work, not a promise about how a future project will go.

We take on every project in good faith and aim to deliver what we agree to. The reviews and products shown on this site are real, but past results don’t guarantee a particular outcome for your project. Exact deliverables are agreed per project before any work starts.

To the extent the law allows, Exalter Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. This doesn't affect any rights you have under a separate signed project agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that project.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, where Exalter Studio is based.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
