Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 September 2026

Exalter Studio ("we", "us") only collects the information needed to respond to you, and this page is a straightforward account of what that involves.

01

What we collect

When you contact us through the form on this site, we collect the name, email address, company name and message you provide, along with your website address if you choose to share it. That's the only information this site collects.

02

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your details, or share them with third parties.

03

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a service like Google Fonts, so no font request leaves a trace with a third party either.

04

Hosting and technical logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare processes standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this information to identify or track individual visitors.

05

Booking a call

If you book a call through the link on this site, that booking is handled directly by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, not by us.

06

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as it takes to respond, and for a reasonable period after in case you follow up, then delete them.

07

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time. Email hello@exalter.studio and we'll sort it out.

08

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. The version on this page is always the current one.
